It is also about pressure, responsibility, difficult conversations, mistakes, uncertainty and the price leaders pay while leading people and organizations through change.

We will move beyond motivational talks and perfect leadership stories. Through keynote speeches, discussions, real cases and networking, we will speak honestly about leadership, difficult decisions, lessons learned and the realities leaders face in today’s constantly changing world.
