For the past 12 years, our Annual Regional Conference has served as a hub of learning, bringing together great speakers from all over the world and attracting about 3 500 people from 40 different countries.

This year, our theme is “The Nature of Leadership”. We will explore how the human brain, artificial intelligence, and psychology all shape the leadership. Practical workshops, discussions, networking, and exciting keynote speeches will help everyone understand how our brains work and how the leadership mindset is changing in the contemporary world. We will focus on the challenges we face in our changing world, where the human brain should use AI for better outcomes and more efficient leadership.

There is no new normal—only the absence of normal is to be accepted in the formula of future leadership.
